Licensing & Commercial Use Policy

Bond & Muse™ is a trademarked brand offering AI-powered personal styling, skincare, scent analysis, and moodboard recommendations. This policy outlines how our platform, content, reports, and digital experiences may — or may not — be used commercially.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All original content, including but not limited to:

• Brand name: Bond & Muse™

• Colour names (e.g. Platinum Lilac™)

• Logos, taglines, icons

• AI-generated styling reports

• Moodboards, palettes, product listings

• Website copy, design, and user flow

...are the intellectual property of Bond & Muse and protected under copyright and trademark law. No part may be copied, sold, or reproduced without permission.

2. Non-Commercial Use (Standard Users)

Standard users (free or paid) are granted personal use only of all styling reports, AI insights, and moodboards. You may:

Save, view, and revisit your reports
Share screenshots or summaries for personal expression (e.g. social media)
You may not resell, reuse, redistribute, or publish Bond & Muse results for commercial gain.

3. Commercial Use (Enterprise & Partner License)

If you subscribe to the Brand Enterprise plan or form an approved partnership, you may:

Use Bond & Muse™ reports for client-facing services
Display insights as part of your offering (e.g. styling, skincare, pet consulting)
Embed links or visuals into your business materials
Use our affiliate links or APIs if integrated

You must retain visible Bond & Muse™ credit on any shared materials. White-labeling or erasing the brand identity is not permitted.

4. What’s Not Allowed (Without Written Agreement)

Selling AI-generated results or content without permission
Copying the platform structure, prompts, or interface
Reskinning or republishing our data as your own
Offering third-party access to Bond & Muse reports for resale

5. Custom Licensing Options

If you're interested in:

• API access

• Custom AI modules

• White-labeled commercial bundles (with credit)

• Private brand partnerships

6. Violations & Enforcement

Any unauthorised commercial use, copying, or imitation will result in:

• Immediate revocation of access

We protect the Bond & Muse brand to ensure long-term integrity and value for all users.
