At Bond & Muse™, we aim to deliver a seamless, transparent, and personalised experience. This policy outlines how payments are handled and what to expect regarding refunds.

1. Subscription Payments

Bond & Muse operates on a subscription-based model for premium access to:

  • AI-powered styling reports

  • Personalised tone, skincare, and scent analysis

  • Detailed wardrobe or product recommendations

  • Ongoing data insights and stored results

Payment Info:

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Apple/Google Pay.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the plan selected.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via the confirmation email.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial (e.g. 3 days or 1 photo upload) before charging for your selected plan.

  • You must enter payment details to begin the trial, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.

  • After the trial, your chosen plan will automatically activate unless cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services:

  • All payments are final once a report or analysis is delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Early subscription cancellations

    • Unused time

    • User error or failure to upload suitable photos/data

  • If you believe there’s an issue with your report (technical error or incorrect processing), please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades & Renewals

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. New pricing takes effect immediately or at the next billing cycle (depending on provider).

  • Plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis unless cancelled.

  • You will receive a confirmation email after each successful charge.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • Your account may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.

You can update your payment method anytime via your account or by contacting support.
